Profile

I am an engineer with a long-standing interest in how systems work — not just in theory, but in real environments. My work spans core networks, international connectivity, IXPs, data centers, and automation.

I bring a deep understanding of the Sierra Leonean and broader West African markets. This regional expertise allows me to design architectures that are not only technically sound but resilient in diverse operational environments.

I’m equally comfortable designing architectures, troubleshooting outages, or building tools that make operations simpler and more reliable. While I manage large-scale systems, I have a deep personal interest in IoT — specifically building with ESP32 and LoRa technologies to connect the physical and digital worlds.

Personal Life & Hobbies

Outside of professional engineering, I am deeply passionate about agriculture and biology. Managing livestock and understanding animal welfare appeals to the same part of my mind that enjoys optimizing systems.

My favorite home animals are West African Dwarf Crocodiles, which I keep as pets. I am also involved in livestock farming, managing egg production and larger cattle.
